Technical Advisory Group Meeting Coming Up

The Pend oreille Salmonid Recovery Team's Technical Advisory Group (TAG) will be meeting on November 16th to discuss and develop an implementation schedule of projects for the next several years. The meeting will be held at the Kalispel Tribe's Camas Wellness Center in Usk from 9am-1pm. This is an important step for the Team since we have not had an implementation schedule for projects to date. This should streamline the overall project selection process and allow sponsors the ability to anticipate projects selection.
Citizen Advisory Group Meeting

The Pend Oreille Salmonid Recovery Team Citizen Advisory Group (CAG) is having a meeting on Wednesday September 21, 2011. The meeting will be at the Kalispel Tribe's Camas Wellness Center in Usk from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The focus of the meeting is to continue the development progress of a strategy for education and outreach in 2012. Metaline Falls to be Exposed During Boundary Dam Maintenance

Seattle City Light is completing a maintenance project at Boundary Dam on the Pend Oreille River requiring the lowering of the reservoir behind the dam twice in September.

There is a Citizen Advisory Group (CAG) meeting coming up next Wednesday (August 24th) at the Kalispel Tribe Camas Wellness Center in Usk.
2011 SRFB Projects Selected for WRIA 62

On July 20th the Technical and Citizen Advisory Groups met to determine which projects would be selected for 2011 SRFB funding for WRIA 62. Of the 5 projects proposed, 3 were selected to move forward ind the submission process for funding.
